PCB scheme for developing and designing an infrared human body thermometer
The PCB scheme for the infrared human body thermometer developed and designed currently uses an 8-bit CMOS infrared forehead temperature gun single chip MCU - ZHW3548, which has accurate temperature measurement and good quality. And it adopts LQFP48 packaging, with a 24 bit ADC with 1 fully differential analog signal input, which is equipped with a built-in charge pump, built-in voltage regulator for sensors and modulators, in order to better cooperate with the temperature measurement of the thermopile sensor. Ultimately, the following functions can be achieved:
(1) Product composition: Composed of a thermopile type infrared sensor, a microprocessor memory, a liquid crystal display circuit board, and an outer shell; Button control: Multiple button control, on/off, temperature measurement, mode switching;
(2) LCD display: Backlit LCD display, reading is still clear in dark environments, and with three colors (red, yellow, green) of backlight;
(3) Button control: Multiple button control, on/off, temperature measurement, mode switching; Unit conversion: Intelligent conversion of Celsius and Fahrenheit units;
(4) One click temperature measurement: infrared measurement, one click temperature measurement, simple, fast, and high accuracy;
