Users often cause false failure of the central air conditioner due to incorrect operation of the remote control or opening of a specific button. This section only briefly introduces the special purpose keys of the remote control, namely, the outer key and the inner key. The inner key can only be controlled by opening the outer key shell.

① When the user repairs the air conditioner to the set value, the outdoor unit will not stop, and the set value of the remote controller is the same as the indoor temperature. The reason for the false fault is that after the refrigeration compressor works, the first 6 minutes (not controlled by temperature, that is, the starting and use time of the compressor must exceed 6 minutes (except for fault or protection). For example, after the refrigeration compressor operates in the refrigeration mode for 2 minutes, the indoor temperature is lower than the set value, but the outdoor fan and the refrigeration compressor will not temporarily stop after 6 minutes of use of the refrigeration compressor; If the refrigeration compressor is used for more than 6 minutes, when the indoor temperature is lower than the set value, the outdoor fan and refrigeration compressor will temporarily stop.

② The remote control button for user maintenance has no effect. The door-to-door service check indicates that the "left and right scavenging" or "healthy ventilation" button is faulty. The reason for the false fault is that the "left and right scavenging" stepper motor drives the left and right guide vanes to realize the scheme. The "health" function requires the indoor unit of the air conditioner to be equipped with a high-voltage electrostatic precipitator. The "ventilation" function needs to be achieved by installing a set of ventilation motor and other equipment in the room or outdoors. However, the above three basic functions are generally in high-end or specific models and specifications, and the remote controller is a general version, If the machine does not have this function, the passive buzzer of the air conditioner will emit a "beep" sound, but keep the original working state unchanged, resulting in a false failure of the remote control key.

③ The user reported that the maintenance air conditioner can not be turned off, only the power cord plug can be turned off, and the door check fault problem is that the remote control cancels the cooling mode, because the basic drying function causes the delay time to turn off. The basic function of drying is that the indoor fan still operates at the low speed gear for a while after shutdown, which can dry the moisture in the evaporator of the air conditioner of the indoor unit of the air conditioner to prevent mildew. At this time, the indoor unit of the air conditioner displays the word "dry", and automatically shuts down after 7~10min. To cancel, press the remote control "Drying · Auxiliary" once to cancel the basic drying function. When the remote control is applied again to turn off, the air conditioner will be turned off directly.

④ The user maintained that the remote control display was normal, but could not control the air conditioner. The door-to-door service inspection showed that the remote control opened the "child lock" basic function, the remote control CPU shielded the key, and pressing any key had no effect. The "lock" symbol on the display screen flashed three times, mainly because the user inadvertently pressed the temperature rise ▲/down ▼ key at the same time. At the same time, press the remote control ▲/▼ to cancel the basic function of the child lock, and the remote control will automatically resume control of the air conditioner.

⑤ The air conditioning display panel does not light up. The door-to-door service checks that the user presses the "light" button of the remote control, and the CPU control display of the main board of the indoor unit of the air conditioner goes out, to prevent the light from affecting the user's sleep at night and causing false faults. Press the "light" button of the remote control again, and the digital display screen and indicator light on the display panel will light up at the same time.

⑥ Ultra-strong: When the ultra-strong basic function is turned on, the whole machine operates at ultra-high wind speed to realize rapid cooling or heating. If it is a constant frequency air conditioner, the refrigeration compressor rate is not adjustable, the outdoor fan is a single wind speed, and the whole machine operates at an ultra-high wind speed, that is, the indoor fan operates at an ultra-high wind speed.

⑦ Mute: The indoor fan operates at the lowest wind speed. At this time, the sound of operation will be reduced. Because the rotating speed is low, the circulating air volume in the room will be reduced, and the cooling effect will be reduced.

⑧ Sleep: After entering this basic function, the automatic mute basic function is automatically turned on, that is, the indoor fan speed is automatically set to low wind speed.

⑨ Energy saving: only used in refrigeration mode. After turning on this basic function, enter the "comfort and power saving mode" to judge the working state of the whole machine according to the changing conditions of the set value, and finally reach the set energy saving state, so that the working state of the whole machine can meet the requirements of human comfort and produce energy saving effect.
